Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR is preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues, resolving those within scope and escalating more complex issues.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
