Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is hiring an EHR System Analyst in Cambridge, OH to support the use and optimization of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The analyst will provide frontline support to healthcare providers and contribute to training and testing of new features.

This position requires a high school diploma and prefers a Bachelor’s in related fields. The salary ranges from $54,000 to $69,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and support troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows and documentation standards.
