Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage system issues and resolve them when possible.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with HR for EHR training delivery.
• Support documentation of processes and updates.
