Job summary

Heart of Florida Health Center, Inc. is seeking an EHR User Support Specialist to assist clinicians and staff with the eClinicalWorks system. You will oversee production and test environments, provide training, and support go-live activities.

You will review workflows, monitor user adoption, and help implement new features while collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to improve patient care processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial, clerical, and clinical department operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all eCW issues and requests.
• Respond to end-user requests, create and monitor support tickets, and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide second-level support by creating cases with eCW and coordinating with technicians.
• Build and maintain provider and department tables in the system.
• Deliver EHR training to new employees and update training materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and other departments to optimize workflows.
