Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO and other senior leaders. Based at the Northwest location in Buffalo, the role involves managing complex calendars, preparing for meetings, and overseeing administrative workflows.

You will be the strategic right-hand to the CEO, prioritizing competing demands, coordinating travel and events, and collaborating with the leadership team to produce high-quality materials for reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

As executive assistant you’ll play an important role in the success of the organization by supporting the President & CEO and other senior leaders.

About the Role:

You will be based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo NY 14207 but may occasionally be asked to stop at another location.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $61,500 - $65,000 annually, based on a full time 40 hour work week. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
