Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent to 2 years in behavioral health or medical field.
• Experience with EHR/EMR platforms preferred.
• Ability to train end users and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication with diverse staff.
• Basic troubleshooting and data-entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support and basic troubleshooting for EHR/EMR users.
• Perform data entry and data corrections in the EHR system.
• Conduct insurance eligibility checks and related data verification tasks.
• Retrieve, process, and validate reports and data exchanges.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation for staff.
