Job summary

Olympic Medical Center on Washington’s North Olympic Peninsula seeks a Senior Applications Analyst to support and enhance enterprise-level application systems. You will lead large, complex IT projects, coordinate with multiple departments and vendors, and drive standard operating procedures, backups, and recovery processes.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Information Systems or healthcare, 5+ years in enterprise application analysis, and experience with EHR/HIE and ERP systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Healthcare field preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Five+ years’ experience with application analysis and support of enterprise systems.
• Experience with EHR/HIE and ERP systems; Workday HCM preferred.
• Experience leading complex projects requiring cross-department coordination.
• Experience providing end-user training preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Server Environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support OMC computer application systems and provide input on system selection and product upgrades.
• Lead large, complex technical projects and coordinate with departments, teams and vendors.
• Document procedures and establish standards of operations; ensure backup and recovery processes.
• Coordinate activities with Information Services and OMC staff; work with application vendors.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.

This position is often responsible for leading large, complex, technical projects and is responsible for working with the departmental customer and application vendor, as well as documentation, establishing procedures, and system backup and recovery process.
