Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years’ experience with application analysis and support of enterprise-level systems.
• Experience in EHR (Electronic Health Record) and HIE (Health Information Exchange) system support.
• Experience with UKG Dimensions Support and/or Time Tracking system support.
• Proven leadership of complex projects coordinating with multiple departments, teams, and vendors.
• Experience providing end-user training.
• Experience in Microsoft Server Environment; PowerShell a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Olympic Medical Center computer application systems, including analysis and input on system selection, upgrades, and problem resolution.
• Lead large, complex technical projects and coordinate with departmental customers and vendors.
• Document, establish procedures, and manage system backup and recovery processes.
• Recommend standards of operations and coordinate activities with IS and other staff.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Healthcare field preferred
