Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an OHPAC Application Support Analyst 3 in Richmond, VA to provide Tier 1 support for Oracle Health Patient Accounting.

You will assist end users, perform pre/post go-live health checks, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or vendor support as needed. The role requires strong troubleshooting, HIPAA awareness, and solid communication skills to ensure stable and efficient patient accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of OHPAC and patient accounting workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine OHPAC issues and elevate when needed.
• Follow established support procedures and SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and teams.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 clinical support to meet SLAs and follows ITIL processes.
• Triages end-user issues and escalates to Tier 2 when required.
• Understand EHR policies, procedures, and workflows to resolve issues.
• Maintains knowledge of client software applications and updates.
• Performs pre- and post-go-live health checks for deployed EHR solutions.
• Monitors KPIs and usage metrics to detect degradation.
