Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Federal Project Manager II for a site-focused role in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position requires up to 80% travel and leads Post Go-Live Transition Readiness activities, coordinating with client and Oracle teams to ensure informatics readiness for ownership of EHR support.

You will manage site project plans, drive readiness, and guide stakeholders through the Readiness Methodology while coordinating with internal engagement teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related (required)
• 5+ years in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR PM (required)
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization (preferred)
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare system/VA environment (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (required)

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team
• Manage site project plan and timeline for Post Go-Live readiness
• Present Readiness Methodology at a local level
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders
• Work with Deployment schedules and events
• Coordinate and manage all site calls and events
• Track timelines for IMS Updates to VISN PM
• Track timelines for PGL events for the MPR to VISN PM
• Track and manage the Readiness Checklist
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts
• Manage site risks and report back through Site Readiness scrums
