Job summary

Community Health Systems is hiring a Manager of EHR Platform Services to lead the EHR Team, overseeing Integration Architects, Change Analysts, and Audit Processes.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, define strategy and roadmap, manage complex projects, and ensure successful implementations of Cerner-based solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity to drive targeted outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HCIT consulting or IT solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience with Cerner Millennium is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct EHR platform projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Define strategy and technology roadmap for the EHR program.
• Mentor and manage Integration Architects and Change Analysts.
• Escalate issues and manage risks across programs.
