Job summary
Gateway Foundation seeks a System Administrator – Clinical Systems to configure, maintain, and optimize the EHR platform across our multi-site behavioral health network. You will ensure data integrity, system reliability, and alignment with clinical workflows.
The role requires hands-on EHR configuration, user administration, SQL reporting, and AD management, with collaboration on interfaces, updates, and security controls. Experience in healthcare IT and strong communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
- 3+ years supporting an EHR for behavioral health preferred.
- Healthcare experience and understanding of clinical workflows is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with EHR configuration, user administration, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the EHR platform and ancillary tools.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security controls.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and interface integrations; resolve issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on integration design and testing.
- Support change management, documentation, and end-user training.
