Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides technical administration, engineering and support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Maintains stable performance through performance monitoring and tuning.
• Works with change management procedures and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, upgrade and implement computer systems and infrastructure/software.
• Provide direct support for enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure stable performance through monitoring and tuning of systems.
• Participate in capacity planning and workload modeling for resource needs.
• Configure, install, maintain, patch and troubleshoot application and system components.
