Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Technical Practitioner to support the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation across hospitals, medical centers, and clinics. You will lead technical discovery, assess site requirements, and coordinate with client IT leadership, technology teams, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills, plus willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: bachelor’s degree and related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or complex deployments.
• Willingness to travel periodically to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical discovery across hospitals, medical centers, and clinics.
• Assess End User Devices, interfaced systems, and network infrastructure at sites.
• Document findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly for stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans and implementation docs.
• Travel periodically to client sites to perform assessments and support activities.
