Job summary
Gritter Francona seeks a Technical Practitioner to support the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation across hospitals, medical centers, and clinics. You will lead technical discovery, assess site readiness, coordinate device procurement, and work with client IT leadership, vendors, and internal teams to keep implementations on schedule.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Healthcare Informatics or equivalent experience, strong organizational
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, healthcare informatics, or related field.
- Experience supporting technology implementations or complex deployments.
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate technical discovery across hospitals and clinics.
- Assess end-user devices, interfaces, DDPO, network infrastructure at sites.
- Identify gaps and risks to support EHR implementation.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly for stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and technical deliverables.
- Travel to multiple locations to perform assessments and support deployment.
