Job summary

Gritter Francona seeks a Technical Practitioner to support a full EHR implementation lifecycle across hospitals, medical centers and clinics. You will lead technical discovery, assess site readiness, coordinate device procurement and logistics, and collaborate with client IT leadership, engineering and external vendors.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills in complex healthcare environments, with periodic travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, engineering or health informatics.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or complex deployments.
• Willingness to travel periodically to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical discovery across hospitals and clinics.
• Assess End User Devices, interfaces, DDPO, network infrastructure and technical requirements.
• Conduct post-discovery analysis to identify gaps and dependencies for EHR deployment.
• Document findings and recommendations in a clear, organized manner.
• Support development of scope, site readiness, project plans and implementation docs.
• Track device procurement, inventory, delivery, and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with client IT leadership, internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Travel periodically to client sites to perform assessments and support implementation.
