Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with the eCW EMR system.
• Experience implementing and upgrading EMR projects.
• Strong SQL and backend testing experience.
• Vendor coordination and interface experience.
• HIPAA and HITECH knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement EHR training programs and interfacing initiatives.
• Provide direct training to users for EMR system usage.
• Create educational materials on EMR use for staff reference
• Lead EMR projects according to timelines and goals
• Suggest short/long-term EMR enhancements
• Lead end-user focus groups to improve EHR functionality
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations
• Analyze vendor data for EHR compatibility
• Assess end-user workflows and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with vendors on interface implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve EMR help tickets
