Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Product Analyst / Entry-Level in Nashville, TN to support Identity & Access Management for MEDITECH Expanse. This contract-to-hire role is part of a 24x7 access team and may require day, night and weekend shifts on go-live schedules, averaging 40 hours per week.

You will lead analysis and implementation of MEDITECH access solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT/analyst roles.
• Experience with MEDITECH workflow and terminology is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on technical leadership for MEDITECH access implementation and support for Expanse.
• Collaborates with project team to define requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Document MEDITECH PWR requests with clear specifications.
