Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient Cerner Millennium user with clinical training experience.
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new hire EHR orientation program and curricula for the organization.
• Provide direct educational support for providers and staff.
• Maintain the online training site to ensure accurate data is available.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on training materials and input.
• Validate training content by observing employees using new skills on the job.
• Evaluate end-user assessments and observations to revise training as needed.
• Deliver innovative teaching approaches that fit end-user and organizational needs.
• Coordinate ongoing education based on learning needs assessments.
• Knowledge of the Watson Model of Care: Care, Competence, Communication and Commitment.
• Other duties as assigned.
