Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a Data Submission Specialist in Wenatchee, WA. The role focuses on compiling, reviewing, and submitting data into electronic health records and other reporting systems to support high quality client care.

You will provide administrative support to clinical teams and ensure timely completion of client records for submission to payors, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and hourly wages of $19.08–$21.20.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years’ experience with electronic medical records systems (EHR/EMR).
• Knowledge of data requirements related to community mental health.

Responsibilities

• Review enrollment data and clinical documentation for compliance.
• Gather data and prepare reports for posting accurate data.
• Enter and verify data in medical records or reporting systems.
