Job summary

Washgi is looking for a Full‑time Medical Records Specialist to support our Clinic Team. This position ensures that patient medical records are accurate and provides clinical information to outside partners.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a medical setting. You will be working remotely but must reside in Washington State. Responsibilities include filing health information, maintaining records, and assisting clinical staff.

Compensation ranges from $17.13 to $21.00 per hour, with additional benefits including medical and PTO.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in a medical setting.
• Minimum one year experience in a customer-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately file private health information into patient medical records.
• Examine and confirm the authenticity and completeness of all records.
• Perform clerical functions including chart maintenance.
