Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in SQL, software development best practices, and user support in a medical setting.
• Associates Degree or Certificate in computer programming, MIS, or CS.
• Four years of software development experience, with two in healthcare.
• Experience with Epic reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document programmatic fixes to EHR reports and communicate changes for user satisfaction.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and the EHR.
• Analyze data requests to determine practical reporting solutions.
• Triage tickets via Help Desk for EHR issues and coordinate with the vendor as needed.
• Develop test plans to validate changes to health records and reports.
• Collaborate with EHR Trainer and Manager to align reporting with project needs.
