Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. is expanding its healthcare IT training and EHR support capabilities in Rhode Island.

The role focuses on creating consistent training materials, guiding staff through new workflows, and ensuring smooth tech adoption across acquired practices. You will deliver on-site and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and staff, develop SOPs and reference guides, and stay current on clinical system updates and best practices.

Qualifications

2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, clinical training, or workflow optimization.
Proven experience delivering end-user training across multiple EHR systems.
Ability to map and redesign clinical/admin workflows to improve efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication, with documentation skills.
Willingness to travel to practice sites across Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

Assess current-state workflows with stakeholders and staff to identify gaps and opportunities.
Design and implement updated workflows that integrate across departments, systems, and partners with minimal disruption.
Develop workflow documentation, process maps, and transition guides.
Deliver on-site and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and staff across clinical and admin systems.
Create and maintain training materials, quick references, SOPs, and guides.
Support adoption of new tools, including AI-assisted applications.
Stay current on system updates and best practices.
