Qualifications

• Must hold an active clinical license or degree in health informatics or related field.
• Healthcare experience including documentation auditing or informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and standardize electronic clinical forms, templates, and workflows across EHR platforms.
• Test and validate new forms, workflows, and system updates prior to deployment.
• Audit documentation for completeness and adherence to workflows across facilities.
• Provide system and workflow support to site leadership and EHR Super Users.
• Track requests, issues, audits, and implementation status for Continuous Improvement.

Education

RN or LPN license

Bachelor's degree in health informatics/Health Information Management/Nursing/Healthcare Administration
