Job summary

The position requires 5+ years of coding or clinical documentation experience, RHIT/CCS or similar certifications, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• RHIT/CCS/CRC/CDIP/CDDS-O/CDDS/CPC certifications required
• 5+ years of coding or clinical documentation review experience
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and CMS guidelines
• Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyzes medical record documentation for HCC accuracy and completeness
• Provides education to physicians and other clinicians on documentation quality
• Acts as SME in clinical documentation and coding best practices
• Supports program development, execution and performance initiatives
