Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking an EHR Acute Clinical Supervisor to lead the EHR Team, including Nursing, Ancillaries, Physician, and Behavioral Health Technical Teams. You will define strategy, manage complex Cerner projects, and partner with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

You will prioritize multiple initiatives, escalate technical issues, and communicate clearly across internal and external project teams, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of IT operations or systems support experience.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical projects for Cerner implementations.
• Define strategy and technology roadmap; direct and manage a team of associates.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders on configuration status and timelines.
• Design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans; escalate risks as needed.
• Prioritize concurrent projects and communicate effectively with project teams.
• Facilitate technical discovery and establish relationships to achieve high satisfaction.
