Job summary

Cascadia Health in Portland is seeking a Revenue Cycle Support Analyst to optimize billing workflows and EHR modules. You will analyze billing processes, design configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient billing operations.

The role requires 3+ years in EHR billing, HIPAA awareness, and a willingness to travel across the Portland area. Salary is commensurate with experience and duties.”

Qualifications

Minimum of three years supporting or using an EHR billing system in healthcare.
Preferred: experience with OCHIN Epic, MMIS, and Freshservice Support Management.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex billing workflows, data flows, and system requirements in collaboration with finance leadership.
Design, configure, and implement billing information system solutions and complex EHR modules to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with outsourced billing agencies, internal staff, vendors and stakeholders to support billing operations.
