Job summary

Thurston Mason Behavioral Health Administrative Organization (TMBH-ASO) and Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) seek an Associate Application Analyst to provide day-to-day support for EHR/EMR platforms and related business applications. You will train end users, perform data entry and corrections, and help clinicians resolve routine system issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent to 2 years of related behavioral health or medical field experience.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR platforms.
• Ability to train users and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and basic troubleshooting for EHR/EMR platform users.
• Conduct insurance eligibility checks and data verification.
• Retrieve, import, process, and validate reports and data exchanges from EHR/EMR platforms.
• Perform data entry and corrections to support accurate client and clinical records.
• Assist with onboarding, refresher training, and material creation for staff on EHR and related applications.
• Document standard operating procedures and training materials for common issues.
• Assist with testing system updates, patches, and configuration changes prior to deployment.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple routine priorities to meet deadlines.
