You will help manage the EHS&S department, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and support sustainability initiatives across the distribution center.

The role emphasizes training, data entry, reporting, and coordinating with district managers and branch personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a current driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with occupational safety regulations and standards.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.

• Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs, up to 100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Motivating and leading team members.
• Coordinating employees, including scheduling, hiring and exiting.
• Ensuring day-to-day operations are completed.

• Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local environmental health and safety regulations.
• Performing accident investigations and job safety analyses.
• Conducting new employee orientation and annual safety trainings.
• Assisting District Managers with safety trainings for branch personnel.
• Assisting with hazardous material compliance for distribution center and stores.
• Completing administrative reporting and related clerical duties.
• Coordinating compliance with safety standards and policies.
• Assisting with emergency action plans and safety procedures.
