Working as Full-time Product Handling Manager, you will manage the Product Handling department. The Product Handling department is responsible for consolidating product, restocking locations and moving inventory within the distribution center. You will provide supervision and leadership to a team of employees. You will be responsible for the overall function of the department including short term and long term goals that pertain to quality, productivity and time management. Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 6:00am - 3:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess at least 1 year of prior leadership or management work experience
• Knowledge of computer operations, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Proficient computer skills

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Prior experience operating a forklift
• Prior warehouse work experience
