Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a part-time Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Support at our Edwardsville, KS distribution center. The role focuses on researching and administering regulations, data entry, reporting, trainings, and safety-related activities from 9911 Woodend Rd, Edwardsville, KS 66111.

The position requires entry-level qualifications, strong communication, and a willingness to travel as needed, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 10:00am-4:00pm and 10-28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and a valid driver's license.
• Administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local EHS regulations.
• Perform data entry, analytics and reporting related to EHS and sustainability.
• Conduct audits, inspections and trainings as needed.
• Assist management with related programs and processes.
• Support EHS, sustainability, ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems and ESG topics.
• Coordinate committees, trainings and facility-related tasks.
• Support inspections, permitting and audits as required.
