Job summary

Richardson International in St. Louis, MO seeks a Manager, Environment, Health & Safety to lead EH&S programs across U.S. facilities.

The role reports to the AVP, Engineering Services and EH&S, and focuses on regulatory compliance, safe operations, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in EH&S, multi-site management experience, and a CSP or similar designation is desirable. Travel across North America is required; excellent training and development opportunities are

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in occupational, environmental, health, safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of Federal & State OSHA and EPA standards.
• Experience managing multi-site EH&S programs.
• Experience working with regulators and inspections.
• Bachelor's or higher in EHS or related field; CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise facility management across the United States on EH&S matters.
• Ensure awareness of EH&S issues by management across regions/business units.
• Travel to operating facilities to set EH&S priorities.
• Deliver training programs to support regulatory compliance and safety culture.
• Lead audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement.
