Zusammenfassung

Richardson International is seeking a Manager, Environment, Health & Safety in St. Louis, MO to lead and coordinate EH&S programs for U.S. facilities. You will drive regulatory compliance, safety culture, and continuous improvement across sites while collaborating with facility managers, HR, and corporate teams.

You will travel within North America to support operations, develop procedures, and represent Richardson on industry committees. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Federal & State OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Ability to review and interpret regulations and guidance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading multi-site EH&S programs across regions.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary EH&S advisor for US facility management teams.
• Keep management informed on EH&S matters across regions and business units.
• Travel to operating facilities to assess EH&S needs and priorities.
• Deliver training programs and materials to support compliance and safety culture.
• Lead the development of operating procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR on disability management and injury preventions.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting (OSHA records, EPA, etc.).
• Liaise with industry associations to promote best practices.
