Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking an EH&S Manager for our Henrico, VA site to lead the environmental health and safety program.

Reporting to the Regional EH&S Manager, you will supervise a team, ensure OSHA compliance, manage budgets, and drive ISO 14001/45001 readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or EHS, 7+ years in manufacturing, and CSP preferred, with strong leadership and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• 7+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and incident investigations.
• Experience leading EH&S programs and managing budgets.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 familiarity; CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve EH&S programs across the Henrico site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental, health, safety laws.
• Partner with site leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Develop site safety strategies focusing on injury prevention and risk reduction.
• Manage EH&S budgets, schedules, resources, and project plans.
• Lead safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Provide leadership to EH&S team and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise site leadership on policy improvements and regulatory readiness.
