DAP seeks an EH&S Specialist to implement and maintain environment, health, and safety programs at the Dallas facility (75%) and Garland DC (25%). You will develop directives in collaboration with Legal, HR and Operations, driving site compliance.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, reporting, and creating training materials. You will monitor regulatory changes, coordinate best practices for injury prevention, and may travel to assist other sites.

Qualifications

• EHS-related degree preferred and relevant certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and communicate compliance obligations and monitor regulatory developments.
• Assist with health/safety compliance strategies per corporate directives.
• Develop and distribute plain-language health/safety directives to plant management.
• Network with industry peers through trade associations and seminars.
• Provide direction and oversight of safety systems at facilities.
• Lead incident reporting, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain environmental reporting requirements and ensure regulatory submissions.
