Job summary

EnviroLogix is seeking an EH&S Supervisor to lead safety and facilities efforts in Portland, ME. You will develop and enforce safety policies, manage the facilities team, and drive continuous improvement across safety and compliance programs.

You will oversee audits, safety training, and emergency plans while coordinating with internal departments to uphold regulatory standards and drive a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and policies.
• Lead safety audits and 5S initiatives; manage incidents and corrective actions.
• Oversee safety equipment procurement and emergency response planning.
• Provide safety training on procedures, equipment usage, and hazardous materials handling.
• Mentor and develop the EnviroLogix safety and facilities teams.
