Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in EH&S roles desirable.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA guidance and state regulations.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EPA and OSHA documentation compliance with EH&S guidance.
• Identify and mitigate EH&S concerns with staff and managers.
• Maintain Job Hazard Analysis database and PPE availability.
• Document incidents, injuries, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate RCRA compliance activities and training.
• Guide emergency response activities for the facility.
• Coordinate EH&S training and maintain training records.
• Record monitoring, sampling and disposal data in records software.
• Coordinate vendor inspections and services (fire, wastewater, etc.).
• Work flexible hours, including second and third shifts.
• Lead the safety committee.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EPA and OSHA documentation compliance with guidance from the corporate EH&S department.
• Collaborate with employees and managers to identify and mitigate EH&S concerns.
• Maintain a Job Hazard Analysis database and ensure required PPE is available.
• Maintain Incident, Injury, Near Miss and Safe Behavior documentation and follow up on resulting action items.
• Coordinate RCRA compliance activities and training.
• Provide guidance and direction for emergency response activities for the facility.
• Coordinate EH&S training sessions and compile training records in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Record monitoring, sampling and disposal data into record‑keeping software according to regulations.
• Coordinate vendor inspections and services (fire, sprinkler, wastewater, etc.).
• Work flexible hours, including second and third shifts, as needed.
• Lead the safety committee.
