Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro in Lakeville, MN seeks an EH&S Coordinator to oversee environmental, health and safety compliance at a growing facility. You will coordinate documentation, training, and incident tracking under corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years EH&S experience, knowledge of EPA/OSHA rules, and the ability to lead training and cross‑functional initiatives. Expect occasional flexible hours and team leadership responsibilities as part of the safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; OSHA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years in EH&S roles, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA/State Workers Comp Laws and wastewater compliance.
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee EH&S compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure EPA/OSHA documentation aligns with corporate guidelines.
• Lead EH&S training sessions and track records.
• Maintain incident and safety documentation and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate RCRA compliance activities and emergency response guidance.
• Lead safety committee meetings and cross‑functional alignment.
