Dow Chemical Canada seeks a Safety Compliance Lead to join our Fort Saskatchewan operations. You will monitor EH&S programs, support net-zero initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across plant activities.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, trains staff in EH&S protocols, and serves as a resource for environmental and industrial hygiene concerns, driving performance toward our Path2Zero goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of EH&S experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; visa support not available.

Responsibilities

• Executes EH&S programs following established processes and guidelines.
• Ensures environmental, health, and safety standards are integrated into plant operations to achieve performance objectives.
• Provides EH&S insights and procedural knowledge to plant staff.
• Acts as the designated contact for environmental and industrial hygiene concerns.
• Trains and supports teams in implementing EH&S protocols.
• Works toward achieving plant EH&S performance indicators and goals.
• Ensures completion of all necessary safety and regulatory compliance activities.
• Conducts environmental and industrial hygiene assessments, including monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
