Dow seeks a Safety Compliance Lead to join our Fort Saskatchewan team, responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and supporting net-zero initiatives.

The role monitors requirements, conducts risk assessments, and collaborates with teams to implement safety protocols. The position supports the Fort Saskatchewan Path2Zero program and fosters a culture of workplace safety.

Qualifications

• EH&S experience required.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; visa support not available.
• Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta location.

Responsibilities

• Executes EH&S programs following established processes and guidelines.
• Ensures environmental, health, and safety standards are integrated into plant operations to meet performance goals.
• Acts as resource for EH&S insights, procedures, and compliance information for plant staff.
• Serves as the designated contact for environmental and industrial hygiene concerns.
• Trains and supports teams in implementing EH&S protocols.
• Drives EH&S performance indicators and goals across the site.
• Ensures completion of safety and regulatory compliance activities.
• Performs environmental and industrial hygiene assessments, including data analysis and reporting.
