Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an EGSE Engineer (Levels 2-3) to design, deploy, and support EGSE racks and test enclosures for flight hardware validation. You will work with Manufacturing, Environmental Test, ATLO, and Electrical Design to ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in EGSE/HIL, and LabVIEW/Python/C/C++ software experience.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Hands-on experience in EGSE, test systems, or HILs.
• Proficiency with DMMs, e-loads, oscilloscopes, and bench power supplies.
• Familiarity with Ethernet/RS-232/422/485, signal integrity, grounding, and shielding.
• Experience developing software/firmware in LabVIEW, Python, or C/C++.
• Ability to obtain US Citizenship and a US security clearance post-start.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of EGSE racks and test enclosures.
• Coordinate with programs on schedules, risks, and budgets for HILS and EGSE.
• Document software architecture in MBSE tools and integrate with systems engineering.
• Develop software to control, monitor, and log test sets, EGSE, and HILS.
• Maintain DevSecOps pipelines for software deployment to hardware.
• Provide hands-on support during test campaigns and on-site operations.
• Take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
