Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Electrical Ground Support Equipment engineer to design, build, test, and operate racks and related hardware for the Mk2 Lunar lander support vehicle. You will work with software and vehicle subsystem engineers to ensure safe and repeatable spaceflight operations while supporting procurement and equipment integration.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, AE, ME, CS or related field.
• 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience designing circuit card assemblies, test cable harnesses, and equipment enclosures.
• Ability to lift and install cabling, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, loads, network analyzers, BERT, DAQ, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of individual racks and other equipment from requirements definition to design, build, test, and operation
• Support EGSE procurement efforts
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware control and communication systems
• Work with vehicle subsystem engineers and electrical test engineers to understand EGSE needs
