Job summary

Ashland University Bookstore is seeking a cook to prepare eggs, omelets, and egg sandwiches for students during breakfast and lunch. The role includes setting up the station and prepping ingredients for the day’s needs, ensuring quality and prompt service.

The schedule runs 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend, with occasional weekend work in the kitchen as designated. Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced campus environment and handle duties with

Job description

• Prepare eggs, omelets and egg sandwiches to order for student customers for breakfast and lunch.
• Station set up and prepping ingredients for the day's needs is also part the job responsibilities.
• The position is scheduled from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday and every other weekend.
• On designated weekend will work as a cook in the kitchen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Serv Safe certification.

Physical Demands

• Standing at one location for long periods, bending, and twisting.
