Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by following safety policies at all times.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Rotate between the Candler and Breaking Machine Operator stations and remove defective eggs.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed; support SQF standards.
