Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a Packer to assemble frozen egg products to customer specifications in a fast-paced Klingerstown, PA facility. You will monitor quality, operate packaging equipment, and ensure products meet weights and appearance standards.

Safety is a core value: follow GMP, HACCP, and SQF guidelines, maintain clean workspaces, and report issues to management. Physical tasks include lifting up to 30 lbs and rotating through positions on shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills to perform product counts and verify weights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Sort, count, and pack frozen egg products according to customer specifications.
• Operate packaging equipment and monitor product weights and quality.
• Inspect products for size, color, and overall quality; remove items not meeting standards.
• Rotate through production positions and maintain conveyor flow.
• Lift and carry items up to 30 lbs; maintain GMP and sanitary practices.
• Report safety or quality concerns to management and keep the area clean.
