Job summary

You will maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow GMPs to prevent contamination. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and good written/verbal communication.
• Able to work well with others and on a fast-paced line.
• PIT certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Set up mixing room and ensure correct liquid egg formulation per procedures.
• Maintain sanitary and clean working area; follow GMPs.
• Record batch numbers, pH, and egg usage; ensure proper documentation.
• Operate CIP system and emulsifier; assist rework/recycle production.
• Train new mixers and work as part of the team.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
