Qualifications

• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral form.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks at a time (tripping cups, cleaning whites, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prevent bad eggs from contaminating finished products.
• Remove all yolk from whites to ensure a high quality product when separating.
• Keep machine running at top production speeds and follow through with each day’s responsibilities.
• Follow USDA regulations and HACCP guidelines.
• Check air pressure and water pressure before starting.
• Clean machine of egg and shells before breaks.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and GMPs throughout the day.
• Travel to and work at multiple locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
