Responsibilities

• Perform rotation of general production and labor duties in the breaking department.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and safety remains a core value.
• Prevent contamination and maintain egg quality entering the breaking room.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, pressure checks, and chemical levels.
• Lift and move buckets up to 75 lbs as needed and operate equipment safely.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance to resolve safety or production issues.
• Support shell egg inventory rotation (FIFO) and proper material handling.
