Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and USDA sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Rinse, sanitize, and assist with cleaning and maintenance in the breaking room.
• Coordinate with supervisor and maintenance on safety or production issues.
• Ensure all eggs are processed before machines shut down.
