Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a Breaking Operator to ensure product quality by monitoring shell eggs and liquid egg production. You will help maintain food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance by identifying defective eggs and monitoring equipment.

No prior experience required; training provided. The role includes rotating between Candler and Breaking Machine Operator stations, following GMP, HACCP, SQF, and sanitation standards, and reporting safety concerns.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a structured production environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Comply with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Rotate between two production stations: Candler and Breaking Machine Operator.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when specifications are not met.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and sanitation requirements to maintain food safety and product quality standards.
• Report any food safety, quality, or workplace safety concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
